We want you to be happy with your purchase, and have a very straightforward return policy.

If an item is defective, just notify us within 30 days, and we'll replace it ASAP.  We'll even pay you for return shipping.

If it's not defective, you may return it within 14 days in resellable condition, and we will refund your money, minus shipping costs.

We want things simple, so right now do not charge any restock fee.  We understand that people order things, and then change their mind.  And we understand that.

Delivery Loss:

PayPal policy requires signature confirmation for any item over $750.00 value.  If you require package to be left, you can make arrangements on carrier's web site for signature release, or you can pay with MoneyGram.  We cannot be responsible for theft of a package that may be left at your door, or with a neighbor.  We supply tracking numbers so you know when packages will be delivered.  This will allow you to be available to meet your mailman or other delivery person.  Postal Workers, FedEx or UPS delivery people have their own policies on if they will leave an item at the door or give it to a neighbor.  If you really don't want packages left at your door, specify "signature required" in the order comments.  If nobody is available to sign, they usually will take package back to the post office, UPS office, or Fed-Ex office for you to pick it up later.


Our dealer agreement with Emlid does not allow us to service or repair their products, but Emlid does provide a 1-year warranty directly through Emlid.  Visit their web site at https://store.emlid.com/delivery-and-payment/ for information and contact  them if warranty service is needed.
